  • The 23ʳᵈ International Workshop on Junction Technology (IWJT) will be held from September 28 to 29, 2026, in Grenoble, France. Authors are encouraged to submit original works describing innovative research and development in the critically important field of junctions. The conference seeks papers on all aspects of junctions, including processes, devices, and design.

    The deadline for submitting abstracts is May 31, 2026.

    Sponsored by the IEEE Electron Devices Society, the IWJT is the premier global forum for semiconductor junction-formation technology. Join industry, academic, and national laboratory participants to share cutting-edge breakthroughs and establish new collaborations!

  • Abstract Information


    Camera-ready papers must be submitted in Word format via the IWJT2026 submission website. Regular papers should be between two and four pages long, and invited papers should be between four and six pages long. All submissions will be reviewed for acceptance as either an oral or poster presentation. Accepted abstracts will be published by IEEE as IWJT conference proceedings (Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by a registrant in order to be submitted to Xplore Digital Library).
